Kim Mann Realtor 

Kim started real estate about 9 years ago after she had many friends call and suggest that she should. Kim has lived in Lancaster County her whole life and graduated from Millersville University with a bachelors degree in Psychology. Having lived in the immediate area for so long, she has vast knowledge of both Lancaster and Chester county. After pursing her degree, Kim continued her life with starting a family. Along with having 3 children who keep her busy, Kim enjoys; helping with the rental department at Hostetter Realty, traveling, cooking, reading and doing puzzles. One of Kim's goals for the near future is finally pursuing her interest in golfing. When asked, Kim would say her favorite part of being real estate agent is finding the perfect house for her clients, just like putting a puzzle together.

My philosophy is simple: clients come first. I pledge to be in constant communication with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. I believe that if you’re not left with an amazing experience, I haven’t done my job. I don’t measure success through achievements or awards, but through the satisfaction of my clients.
